Wiarton Kid’s Den is dedicated to supporting children’s learning, developing health and well-being through caring and responsive Registered Early Childhood Educators, who focus on active learning, exploration, play and inquiry.
Our goal is to foster and encourage a generation of Lifelong Learners by focusing on the four foundations of learning regardless of age, ability, culture, language, geography or setting.

Wiarton Kids Den Parent Check List
- We get messy. Inside and outside. It is necessary to bring lots of a extra clothing and a little understanding
- enrolment forms with all the information filled in are required before first day of care
- have your doctor send your child's immunization record by email to wiartonkidsden@gmail.com or by mail to 491 Brown Street, PO Box 294, Wiarton, ON N0H 2T0
- there will be a membership fee of $5.00 applied to your fist invoice and each April there after
- payment is due before care begins every two weeks. e-transfers can be sent to wiartonkidsden@gmail.com
- there is a $1.00 per minute late fee
- two weeks notice in writing is required to change your child's schedule
- when your child is ill they must stay home
- we have children in our program with allergies who require an epi pen
- we are a nut free centre
- we are a nit and lice free facility
- make contact with staff upon arrival and pickup
- we have a sleep supervision policy. See our parent handbook for more information
